Prosper HS Boys Lacrosse competes against North Texas high school programs each Spring. It's the natural next step for our youth players — and the foundation that lets us run meaningful youth-to-HS mentorship.

The Flight Crew Mentor Program

The PHS Boys Lacrosse LAX Flight Crew is designed as a mentoring program for 1st – 7th grade PYSA lacrosse players. Each youth player is paired with a buddy-style High School Player/Mentor every year they are active in PYSA Lacrosse.

The program is intended to build momentum, long-term interest, and growth of the PHS Boys LAX program. Flight Crew registration opens each January.

Season Format

Spring season with full team practices and a competitive HS game schedule.
Coaching and program leadership directly tied to PYSA Lacrosse for long-term continuity.
Flight Crew commitments at home games — building visibility for our youth players.
